Insurance and risk of loss
Inside US Items under $99.99 will be charged $1.
Over $100- $1 + $1% of item cost as insurance. Seller will obtain insurance be
responsible to indemnify on items and shall collect insurance himself.
Post Office claim of delivery with confirmation, insurance or registration number shall
satisfy as proof of buyers receipt.

International mail - Under $75 buyer takes risk and seller will not indemnify. Over $75
registration required cost $10.50+ all packages must pay insurance of an additional
$1.50 per $100, seller will indemnify buyer and collect insurance proceeds himself.

Settlement of claim will be made immediately after post office confirms nondelivery
Claim shall be presented at the minimum time allowed by post office.

Returns- Item may be returned within seven days of receipt without particular reason.
Buyer shall send information by email item is being returned. Items that are strictly
bullion related may not be returned.
Otherwise buyer will be repaid all amounts seller actually received for item excluding
sellers postage and insurance.

Payment- a) Cash US Dollars or for Persons outside the US other major currencies
discounted 4% under market on day of receipt.
b) Bank check in US dollars or traveler’s check
c) Payment by bank wire to Chase Bank (details available on request).

Payment shall be made only once order is received by Paramount Coins and the
buyer receives a written confirmation by email and postage is calculated and included!
Once invoice is sent payment must be received within 14 days or item will be relisted.
